Ordering & Process
How do I place an order?
Fill out the order form on our website with your event details and which signs you need. The production team will reach out, usually within 15 minutes during business hours, to get started on your order. No deposit, payment, or commitment is needed to get started.
What happens after I submit the order form?
We reach out quickly, within 15 minutes during business hours or the next business day outside of hours. Your dedicated designer will ask you for logos and what signs you’ll need. They design the signs, you approve proofs (revisions are free), then we print and ship.
Can we customize the design for each sign?
Yes, we can customize each sign. We can create any design you want. We can use as much colour, text, and logos as you want, with no extra charge.
Can I add sponsors after I’ve placed my order?
Yes — you can add sponsors up to and on the day we ship. Most tournaments pick up last-minute sponsors in the final week. We ship 3 business days before your event, so you can get started today and continue to send in sponsor logos until we ship.
Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order. We have a minimum order charge, of $25, for orders under $99.
Pricing & Payment
Do you offer custom pricing or bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we provide discounts for large orders. Pricing depends on quantity. Reach out to us to let us know what you need, and we will work out custom pricing.
How do I make a payment?
Our accounting department will email you the invoice once the signs have been delivered. You may pay it by check or over the phone with Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit card. We don’t take a deposit or any money upfront.
What’s included in the price?
Everything. You get a dedicated designer, custom design (and unlimited revisions), shipping & handling (for orders over $99), hardware (H-stakes for tee signs, grommets for banners, tubes for pin flags). There are no hidden fees or setup charges.
Shipping & Delivery
What’s the turnaround time?
Full turnaround (from initial contact to having your golf tournament sponsor signs at your door) can take as little as 24 hours. We ship 3 business days before an event and all orders are shipped overnight so you can pick up last-minute sponsors.
Where are you located? Where will the signs come from?
We are based in Vancouver but ship everything via FedEx overnight with next-day delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and Canada.
Customisation & Design
What format is acceptable for the logos?
The format that we need for printing would be any of the following: Vector EPS, PDF, AI, or high-quality JPG (300dpi and 10" wide).
How do I send logos and files?
The best way to send files is to send a single email with a Zip file that includes: a sign list (could be a Word doc or Excel sheet), and all logos in properly named folders (Hole logos in Hole sponsor folder, etc.). If the Zip files are too large for email, please share a Google Drive link or Dropbox link with our email. Your dedicated designer will help you with all of this.
What if a sponsor doesn’t have a logo?
No problem! We can typeset their name in a clean, professional style to provide them with professional recognition even if they don’t have a logo. Your designer will create something that matches the rest of your tournament branding.
Materials & Durability
Are your signs durable and suitable for outdoor use?

What are golf outing sponsor signs?
They’re event-day golf sponsor signs placed around the course (e.g., tee & hole sponsor signs, golf cart sponsor stickers, banners, etc.) to recognize donors and sponsors at charity golf tournaments.
Are H-stakes included with tee & hole sponsor signs?
Yes, H-stakes or integrated wires are included with your hole sponsor signs.
Do golf cart stickers remove cleanly?
Yes, apply golf cart stickers to clean, dry surfaces to ensure they stay on all day. They are easily peeled off at the end of the tournament and leave no residue.
How do I install custom golf pin flags?
Our pin flags come with an integrated tube that slips right over a golf course pin flag. They are easy to install and don’t require any additional hardware.
Can signs be reused for next year’s tournament?
Tee and hole signs (Coroplast) and pin flags can be reused for multiple years if stored flat in a dry place. Golf cart stickers are designed for single use. Banners and easel boards can be reused with proper storage.
